The heart of yoga ... right in the heart of Port Douglas
It's the class that you have heard about.
Yoga on the Beach is on the northern end of Four Mile Beach in Port Douglas.
The class that people from all over the world come to experience.
We have been teaching yoga on the magnificent Four Mile Beach for 15 years and are still in awe of being in Australia's most beautiful outdoor yoga setting - surrounded by palm trees, the Coral Sea, and the amazing coastline of Far North Queensland.
Taught on warm tropical sands, Yoga on the Beach classes are designed to open your body, quieten your mind and leave you energised and refreshed.
With Yoga on the Beach your senses come alive - breathing fresh ocean air, hearing the sound of gentle waves and feeling clean, warm sand beneath your feet.
Everyone is welcome.
Our classes suit every level of experience, from absolute beginners to regular practitioners.
We have given hundreds of people their first experience of yoga and experienced practioners their most memorable classes.
