Our classes suit every level of experience, from absolute beginners to regular practitioners.
Over the last 18 years, we have given hundreds of people their first experience of yoga and experienced practitioners their most memorable classes.
We are still in awe of being in Australia's most beautiful outdoor yoga setting - surrounded by palm trees, the Coral Sea, and the amazing coastline of Far North Queensland.
Taught on warm tropical sands, Yoga on the Beach classes are designed to open your body, quieten your mind and leave you energised and refreshed.
Yoga on the Beach sessions are on the northern end of Four Mile Beach, Port Douglas.
You'll find us on the sand, 400m down from the Macrossan Street beach entrance.
Look out for the blue and white A frame sign on the sand.
