I haven't done yoga before - will this class be ok for me?
Yes! Our classes are planned to suit all levels including absolute beginners to yoga.
Please let the teacher know that you are new to yoga when you arrive – they may be able to give you special assistance during the class.

There will be people of all levels in the class, but remember there is no competition or judgement and everyone is welcome!

Do I need to book?
We prefer you to pre-book on-line as it is easier and faster to get everyone registered on the mrorning of the class.
If you can't book online, we have credit card facilities on the beach so please bring you card - not cash.

What if it's raining - will the class still go ahead
We're an all whether class. You'd be amazed at the type of weather that we teach in. So come along - wind, rain or shine. Often the rain will pass by quickly in Port Douglas so don't be put off by an early morning shower!

What should I wear to the class
Wear lose comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. Shorts, leggings or track pants are great.
Swimsuits are ok but make sure you can move without worrying about what they doing!

Can I eat before I come to the class?
Please try not to eat for about two hours before the class. A tiny snack is ok if you really can't get out the door without something - but don't have a big breakfast until after the class.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
No - we use beach towels instead, so please bring a beach towel with you to the class.
